We showcased Eton at Warner Center’s renovated common areas through a targeted photoshoot, attracting leads and highlighting amenities. The content refreshed online platforms and tailored photos enhanced visibility on common space TVs. We featured the new club and game rooms, gym, and zen garden, along with 3D floor plans for potential residents.

Updated the photos of the newly remodeled common areas at the Eton and created 3D floor plans to highlight the apartment layouts.

Using a technique called HDR we managed to stitch multiple photos together to get the perfect balance of color and lighting thought the picture. Highlighting the common spaces and showing new tenants what the Eton has to offer.

Spicing up the exterior was easy with our virtual twilight. We brought in dramatic colors and turned on some of the window lights to add to the effect.
